We offer you our half-board, you will be served a rich and balanced breakfast in the morning and a freshly prepared four-course menu in the evening, which we serve you between 6:30 pm and 8:00 pm. You are welcome to sign in or out for dinner.
You are also welcome to book a room with breakfast only. In this case, € 12 per person per day will be deducted.
We have a Finnish sauna for you in the bathhouse by the lake.
If you would like to visit a larger wellness area, we have a cooperation with some hotels on Lake Weissensee, where you can use the wellness facilities at discounted prices on a daily basis.
If you are arriving or departing by train, we will be happy to organize a shuttle from or to Greifenburg/Weißensee station. The driver would have to be paid € 10 in cash per person and journey. Please let us know your exact departure time at least 24 hours before arrival or departure.
There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the hotel (not covered).
We ask you to bring your own bath towels and bathrobes. Towels and bath towels from the rooms may not be taken to the lake for swimming.
Fishermen are of course very welcome at the Weißensee. We have a lockable cabin for your equipment in the bathhouse. We will be happy to help you buy the right fishing license. If you have a taste for freshly caught fish, we will be happy to prepare it for you for dinner. Otherwise we can also freeze your catch until your departure.
You are welcome to bring your dog as long as it behaves like all other guests :). However, we would like to point out that dogs must be kept on a leash or with a muzzle at all times on the hotel grounds and are not permitted in the dining areas. Out of consideration for other guests, dogs are not permitted in the bathhouse. We ask for your understanding. We charge € 14 per dog per day.
We have plenty of storage and locking facilities for your private bikes. Batteries can easily be charged in your room.
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms, public areas, the breakfast terrace and the bathhouse without exception.
Since August 1, 2022, you may also travel with a positive Covid disease. Please note the house rules below, which you must adhere to. If you have arrived positive and become corona negative during your stay, we will ask for official proof of recovery.
In case of an existing Covid disease, the guest must wear an FFP2 mask at all times and on the entire hotel premises, both indoors and outdoors. Meals and drinks must be consumed exclusively in the room. The room will not be entered by staff during the illness.
We always recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
